The meeting began at 3:02 p.m. with the calling of the roll. Everyone was present.

Resolutions were given. Approving requirement contract to Paladin Protective Systems, Inc. for the Milestone
Care Plus/Premium Video Management System Licensing for one year w/ 2 one-year renewal options for $100,450.88 was passed

The port control resolution is to track vehicles out in the airfield. This would up be giving people knowledge of where vehicles are, and once it would come to airfield, it'd let them know. A truck was driven onto the premises. This resolution was passed.

The next resolution was on Capital Projects. The audio got tough with this resolution. These projects would end up increasing fees to not to exceed
$432,545.26.

The Community Development resolution was a lot of information. There were several areas of interest here. The agenda should've been more detailed though, as stated by the board. The resolution is in consistent with what they were voting on, and there was discrepancy.

Gong off the last tweet, there will be family developments here. There was also some confusion as to whether it would be on the East vs. the West, as it didn't say in the agenda.
