The live stream was delayed by 9 minutes. Roll was called first quickly. This delay wasn't addressed, so I'm not sure why the delay happened.

Resolution no. 160-22, 161-22, & 162-22 were passed with all I's. The meeting talked very quickly, and it was hard to follow along.

Community development resolutions, which was granting / selling listed parcels to purchasers, was passed with all I's. This meeting moved very fast, and there wasn't time for any pauses, as the board was already late.

I feel like if there weren't any technical difficulties, there would've been more discussion on the current resolutions that were passed today.
