The Planning Commission approved:
- Adoption of staff findings for the relocation of Avenues for Youth (to 1400-1418 8th Ave N) with a 5-1 vote (Thompson dissenting). This will be a new three-story shelter providing temporary housing for about 20 young adults.

- The preliminary and final plat for a new, four-story mixed-use building with dwelling units, shelter beds and a clinic at 2750 1st Ave. from Simpson Housing Services and Project for Pride in Living.
