This is an assignment to cover a series of back-to-back meetings of the Metra Board of Directors Meeting.

You have the option of attending this meeting remotely or in person.

If you attend in person, Please indicate that you attended in person and an hour will be added to your total assignment pay.

If you document the meeting remotely, it will be live-streamed on the Metra Board of Directors’ website. On meeting dates, a “Video” link will appear on the page next to the meeting name : https://metra.com/board-meetings

Audio Role – We’re excited to introduce Audio as a new role! To be eligible for these assignments, you need to attend and complete training. Once your badge appears on your profile, it’s your sign that you’re ready — and you’ll be able to apply for (and maybe be selected for) audio assignments.

Audio Role must be done IN PERSON

If you’re selected for an audio role, please use the “Audio Timestamp Template” located in the assignment attachments. After the meeting, upload your completed version to the attachment section above the checklist. Please title the file “Meeting Name, Date, Audio Timestamp.”
