CEO Israel Rocha Jr. recognizes awards given to CCH employees & programs, like a medical respite center that houses people who have nowhere to go following discharge from a hospital. The program emerged from data that showed high rates of homelessness for CCH patients
CCH got a $25.2M grant from the Centers for Disease Control. They will use it to build up public health infrastructure, address health disparities, build up data infrastructure, establish an office of health equity & engage community to increase vaccination rates
