The Chicago Community Land Trust (CCLT) is a municipal 501(c)(3) corporation created by city ordinance in January of 2006 to lease, buy, develop and sell properties and otherwise work with homeowners and renters in the interest of preserving and promoting affordable housing. A new pilot program with six target areas (Woodlawn, East Garfield Park, Hermosa, Humboldt Park, and Pilsen/Little Village) and an opt-in component for home acquisitions and improvement grants was created in October 2019.

NOTE: We strongly recommend confirming the meeting time and room number in advance. Contact the CCLT Program Coordinator, Destiny Edmonds, at 312.744.2967 or Destiny.edmonds@cityofchicago.org.
