Please join the City of Chicago for a public meeting regarding the property at 3809-25 South Ashland Avenue and 3827-39 South Ashland Avenue, which is set to be demolished to make way for a Karis Cold Storage facility. Topics to be covered include safe demolition, oversight, dust control measures, and environmental and health protections, as an environmentally complex demolition.
